In this area you will see numerous canoes that are painted in bright colors and the friendliest faces that you will see on a fisherman. You will see visitors in numbers waiting at the cafes or stands at the beachfront, for as long as it takes to prepare their chosen fresh seafood that will be cooked to perfection. Some of the seafood dishes include lobster, crab, fish, conch and octopus (sea puss).

There are other authentic Jamaican dishes that you can get from the four beaches that are open to the public. You will get meals such as jerk pork, ackee and salt fish, jerk chicken, curried goat, pumpkin soup and other delights. All of which can be enjoyed with a Red Stripe to cool you down.
